These terms define acceptable use, account responsibilities, content rights, and subscription expectations for Genovira AI.

Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use Genovira AI only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or abusive content. You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or access another user's data.
Generated content
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and legally clearing generated content before publishing. Genovira AI does not guarantee originality, compliance, accuracy, revenue, or social media performance.
Plans and subscriptions
Free accounts currently include 2 generations per day. Pro features and subscription billing can be activated through a payment provider when paid plans are connected.
Service availability
The service may change, pause, or experience interruptions. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the system or violate these terms.
Privacy
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
